His successes span a wide spectrum, including notable achievements in ERP (SAP HANA) implementations, Customer Experience enhancement, Mobile Commerce solutions and Digital Transformations initiatives.
He has led cross-functional teams in areas such as Project Management, Systems Analysis, Service Delivery, Application Management (SAP, SFDC, Microsoft), Point of Sale, Merchandising, Marketing, Data and Analytic Platforms, DBA Dev/Ops, RPA, Cloud Strategy, Integration and Identity Management, consistently delivery results that propel organizations forward.

Daniel’s professional journey encompasses extensive enterprise project leadership and execution, along with a track record of establishing and leading high-performing SAP support and development teams.
With a diverse business background spanning real estate, refined products trading, scheduling, distribution, pricing, risk control and information technology for energy trading, he has cultivated expertise in product management, business management, and Mendix development.

Austin Aylworth
Partner/ Senior App Developer
Austin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, contributing to the development of enterprise-level applications using a wide array of technologies and industry standards, including Mendix, Javascript, Windows Powershell, Python, Microsoft App Center, ReactJS, SSO, REST, SOAP, Mulesoft, SAP, Agile, Scrum and more. He also has experience in website design and relational databases.
Since joining Rapid App Werks, his diverse skill set has been recognized, and he now has a dynamic blend of responsibilities. These range from developing comprehensive curricula and tailored growth plans for his peers, to architecting, designing and developing scalable enterprise business applications, as well as providing high levels of support for our valued customers.
