Challenge
Paper based inspections that were causing delays in data collection and data quality. This company needed an application that streamlined the inspection process, ensured data collection and quality while providing the inspector with the necessary tools to be successful.
Solution
Three separate applications were developed to address the challenges of each end user.
– An inspection app that provides the ability to drive the inspection process step by step, based on the asset type.
– A native mobile app which enables the inspector to capture the required data, pictures, video content to complete their inspection.
– A customer portal which provides the sales/auction companies visibility in the inspection process, and the functionality to download the inspection once complete.
